Introduced in 2015 by NHS England for all NHS service providers as a way of regularly reviewing patient satisfaction with a service. The survey asks a simple question:
How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?
If you are a patient or a patient’s representative and you would like to answer this question, there are several options you can choose from:
- Complete a survey slip in our waiting room
- Provide us with your mobile phone number and consent to message you
- Complete the questionnaire on your Online Services account
- Complete the questionnaire below
