From 10 February, PatientPartner (our automated phone system for appointments and prescriptions) will no longer be available. This is because we are unable to link this to our new care navigation system and the prescription ordering was rarely used.

You will still be able to request appointments over the phone, online or at reception as well as ordering your prescriptions online or by completing a request slip at reception.

If you would like help registering for an online account please speak to reception.
